Helmets

Available in both BPR and HDO, the Ben Franklin Traditional Helmet has been a triumphant performer. Combining "FYR-Glass" performance with superior engineering, allows elimination of out-dated "top heavy" impact cap technology. This provides a much deeper, lower riding fit on the lightest weight traditional in the market. Add to that the most comfortable and infinitely adjustable Universal Fit Suspension and you simply can't beat the Ben 2's fit, comfort, performance, and protection.
Also available in both BPR and HDO, Lite-Force Modern Helmets offer RTM (Resin Transfer Method) fiberglass technology. RTM multi-layer, multi-material shells dissipate energy more effectively, offering greater levels of protection while creating a tougher shell. PBI and Kevlar were then introduced into the impact cap systems offering a combination of four distinctly different and also superior helmet products.

Morning Pride EMS Helmet

The new EMS helmet is for Emergency Medical Operations only, as this product uses a Poly-Med type shell that does not offer added thermal resistance like the other materials. This helmet is ultra lightweight, extremely affordable and able to provide ANSI Class 1 head protection.

Morning Pride USAR Helmet

For Technical Rescue Operations, our USAR offering covers all the bases. The NFPA 1951 (2001 edition) compliant Heavy Duty Technical Rescue/USAR helmet is based on our Plus technology. It offers slimmer profiling for maneuvering in tighter spaces.

 

Morning Pride Wildland Helmet

For Wildland Firefighting Operations, the new Wild-FYR Standard Brim and Full Brim helmets meet NFPA 1977 (1998 edition). Both use our specially selected Thermo-FYR shells and are available with ear and eye protection for use when operating chainsaws. The Wild-FYR is based on proven ANSI Class 1 hard hat technology.

Advanced Protective Tracking

Hoods

Morning Pride offers a variety of high-quality hoods in both ventilating and non-ventilating styles.

 

Available in many materials including PBI/Kevlar, PBI/Rayon, Nomex and P84  the newest hood material.

 

The new ventilating styling hood retains valuable face and neck protection UNDIMINISHED, but through the insertion of open weave PBI mesh facilitates heat escape through the stress critical crown area. Since the helmet provides excellent thermal protection at the crown area, the extra crown insulation of traditionally styled hoods is non-functional (as well as stressful).

 

 

 

Gloves

Morning Pride offers two Glove Certification Levels, BPR and
 HNO Gloves in both gauntlet and wristlet styling.

Bloodborne Pathogen Resistant) Gloves have been tested in "as worn" conditions. Morning Pride strongly recommends BPR products
(Hand only) gloves do not offer interface certified protections. HNO gloves are tested with interface areas taped to the mannequin.

Warrington Pro Model 5000

14" high pull-on, fabric/leather bunker style boots with patented 2" slope Powerback for added comfort in rear knee area. Side and back stays, fireresistant fabric, water-repellent leather, safety toes, electrical hazard rated soles, bottom penetration resistance barrier, steel shank, shinguard and quick donning and doffing features for fire suppression personnel.

 

Warrington Pro Model 4000

Style 4000 is a 14" high black, pull-on bunker style boot made of polished leather and a Kevlar®/Nomex® fabric upper. Lightweight construction of the Style 4000 (approximately 1 pound lighter than the 3009) effectively takes 6 pounds off of a firefighters' back.

 
Style 3005 (8") and style 3007 (10") have genuine sloped side seams with one piece back stay/pull tab/outside counter pocket, and water repellent, polishable leather. Fire suppression personnel will appreciate safety features such as electrical hazard rated soles, safety toes, bottom penetration resistance barrier, steel shank and quick donning and doffing features.
